Erie County sheriff's deputies arrested a 30-year-old Lancaster man on a charge of boating while intoxicated Sunday night on Lake Erie near Fuhrmann Boulevard.
The body of a man who fell overboard while boating in a ponding basin near Firebaugh was found today. Alfredo Perez, 23, of Firebaugh was pulled from the water around noon by a Fresno County dive team, said Lt. Louis Hernandez of the Fresno County Sheriff's Department.
